The road between Upton and Hanley Castle is currently closed due to flooding. The bridge is open, and bus routes normally using the Hanley Road will be diverted through Welland and Hanley Swan. Astons and First Bus routes will endeavour to pick up at normal times, although they will arrive late into school.
