The road between Upton and Hanley Castle has just been
closed again due to flooding. The bridge is open, and bus routes normally using the
Hanley Road will be diverted through Welland and Hanley Swan. Astons and First
Bus routes will endeavour to pick up at normal times in the morning, although
they will arrive late into school.
